Riverbed provides a 401k plan with company matching. You are 100% vested in the Riverbed matching dollars when the company funds your account. Matching contributions are made after each pay period. Eligible U.S. employees are able to enroll in the 401(k) plan after receipt of their first paycheck.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Riverbed offers health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, administered by Vita Companies. These accounts allow employees to set aside a certain amount of pre-tax earnings to cover eligible medical or dependent care expenses.

Full-time employees who have worked at Riverbed for one to three years get 10 paid holidays and 15 days of vacation per year. After four years of full-time employment, they get 20 days of vacation per year.
Employee Assistance Program
We offer a free Employee Assistance Program to our regular full-time and part-time employees and their dependants and domestic partners. This program provides confidential support resources, including family counseling, parental and childcare resources, and older adult services.
