Summary

DJO Incorporated designs and manufactures a variety of products used for pain management and physical therapy. Because the company’s engineers are dispersed across 17 worldwide office locations, they often had to transfer large design files to the company’s manufacturing sites in Mexico and Tunisia. Given the great distances between sites and subpar network performance, it could take hours to send files.

To speed up transfer times and improve bandwidth utilization, DJO chose Riverbed solutions. Thanks to Riverbed, DJO has been able to improve network performance and provide more centrally managed applications without spending money on costly bandwidth upgrades.
