Riverbed Expands Global Presence
Adds Resources in the Netherlands, and Establishes New Operations in Spain
San Francisco, CA — October 2, 2006 —– Riverbed Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVBD) today announced the expansion of its global operations with the opening of offices in Spain and the Netherlands. Riverbed's new Spanish office will allow Riverbed® to best meet the needs of distributed organizations on the Iberian Peninsula as they seek to solve the problems associated with application performance over wide area networks (WANs). Riverbed has expanded its Netherlands operations with the opening of a sales office in Rotterdam. Riverbed already maintains support staff in the Netherlands as part of its commitment to delivering 24x7 "follow the sun” support to customers worldwide.
