How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
The airport is approximately 45 minutes by taxi or shuttle. The costs are 1500 THB for shuttle transportation and 650 THB via taxi.

How do I book my hotel accommodations?
Please contact the hotel directly at +66 76 396 139 or you can email them at reservations.phuket@moevenpick.com. If you are sharing a room with your colleague, please provide the contact details.

How do I pay for my hotel accommodations?
One (1) hotel room (twin-sharing) per partner organization will be paid for by Riverbed Technology as part of the Accelerate Conference for Tuesday, July 24; Wednesday, July 25; and Thursday, July 26. Any additional nights (pre & post) or rooms will be the responsibility of the partner organization.

You will need a credit card to guarantee the room and to pay for any incidental charges incurred during your stay.

What is the dress code for the event?
Business casual. It will be hot in Phuket, so you might want to plan on wearing light colored clothing.

If I wanted to participate in one of the activities on 7/27/07, what is Riverbed paying for and what costs am I responsible for on my own?

Riverbed will provide the following:

• Your entrance into the 2-day educational sessions
• 1 complimentary hotel room (twin-sharing) per company
• All meals during the hours of the conference

You will be responsible for the following:

• Round trip transport to and from the hotel
• Any incidentals you will incur during your stay at the Moevenpick Resort
• Any activities you decide to participate in that’s not on the Accelerate event agenda
• Any meals not included on the meeting agenda

Is there a limit to the number of people from my company who can attend?
Riverbed recommends partners to send 1 sales and 1 technical rep to attend the conference. There is no limit on how many reps a partner can send but they will have to bear the travel/ accommodation costs for any additional headcounts.
