Founded in 1829, Dancker, Sellew and Douglas (DS&D) is one of the nation’s leading providers of furniture, laboratory products, and inventory management solutions to the commercial office, educational, and healthcare marketplaces.
DS&D operates three main office locations in New York and New Jersey. As a result of rapid growth, the company soon found that there were multiple network links connecting its offices, creating expensive redundancies in its WAN infrastructure.
To consolidate its network resources and provide better remote access to its employees in the field, DS&D chose Riverbed solutions. By optimizing data traffic across the network, Riverbed technology allowed employees to access information quickly from any office or client site.
