Pacnet has built a service based on Riverbed Steelhead appliances called the Application Acceleration Service. Pacnet’s Application Acceleration Service also allows enterprises to enable branch offices and mobile workers with LAN-like access to data and critical business applications such as email, enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, across the WAN. Delivered as an end-to-end service, Pacnet will take on the complexity of managing the service for the customer, allowing them to focus their resources on growing their core business.
