SHARKFEST is the annual gathering of the global community of Wireshark developers and users to share knowledge and advance the evolution of Wireshark - the world's most popular free packet and network analyzer - along with other complementary open source tools. This year's event will feature keynotes from Vinton Cerf, co-designer of the TCP/IP protocols and the architecture of the Internet, and Tim O'Neill, networking industry veteran and long-time Wireshark reviewer and supporter.

SHARKFEST is a conference focused on the art of packet analysis. The hundreds of attendees will include Wireshark and other network-related open source tools developers, IT professionals, computer science students and teachers, security and network consultants, network engineers, veteran network analysis trainers and network and application performance analysts at all levels of expertise. SHARKFEST 2014 will once again offer the opportunity to network with Wireshark and networking industry experts in a relaxed, informal setting.

Preceding the conference, Renowned Wireshark University founder Laura Chappell will offer her three-day Wireshark Certified Network Analyst (WCNA) Boot Camp on the Dominican campus. The WCNA Boot Camp will review each topic listed on the WCNA Exam and be available to SHARKFEST 2014 attendees at a discounted rate.
