At ONUG Riverbed will showcase its Digital Networking solutions that are gaining greater market momentum due to significant advancements in the product portfolio. Riverbed continues to focus on innovation and best-in-class services in the company’s SD-WAN portfolio (with solutions for mid-market companies and scaling to the requirements of the world’s largest enterprises), Application Acceleration for new consumption models (including SaaS, Cloud and Mobile), and Network Performance Management (NPM).
During the keynote, Riverbed customer Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation (NWTF), one of the Philippines’ oldest and largest microfinance institutions with 3,500 employees, will discuss how modern, software-defined networking and application acceleration technologies enabled the non-profit to provide sustainable financing and developmental services to marginalized urban and rural poor women of Central Philippines. As part of their journey, NWTF chose to partner with Riverbed because of its simple, intelligent approach to modern networking: combining the capabilities of SD-WAN, application acceleration and visibility into a single solution, and making it incredibly easy to manage. NWTF will share how its network transformation enabled the non-profit to open branches in remote areas with limited connectivity and provide digital services for their 450,000 clients that are on par with commercialized banks. With every branch NWTF opened, it helped more women move out of poverty and achieve self-sufficiency for themselves and their families.
