The State of Autonomous IT Operations

The AI experiment is over. AI is moving from experimentation into the IT operating model, and the race to autonomous IT has begun.

Our global survey of 1,200 leaders and technical specialists reveals AI ambition is accelerating. 100% say agentic AI is important to future IT strategy, and 90% are moving toward human-supervised or highly autonomous IT operations within two years.

But readiness is lagging. Only 17% have fully unified visibility, and just 9% have AI projects fully deployed enterprise-wide today.
