Will my primary sales contacts change?

Responsibility for future sales will be transferred to NetApp as of October 28th. Customers should contact the NetApp sales desk for SteelStore (email: ng-Steelstore-Sales@netapp.com) or their NetApp channel sales rep for details or for new SteelStore orders.

Will this impact the customer support agreement I purchased and terms of the agreement? Who do I call for service and support moving forward?

We expect no impact on current customer support agreements. NetApp and Riverbed have agreed to a joint support structure during the transition period. In the near term, customers should call the same support numbers as before.
