This documentation provides an overview of relevant infrastructure, subprocessors and other entities material to Riverbed’s provision of its products and services.
Capitalized terms used in this documentation have the meanings attributed to such terms in Riverbed’s EULA, Cloud Services Agreement and/or Data Processing Addendum.
Infrastructure – Customer Data Storage
Riverbed’s Cloud Services are hosted on the infrastructure of third-party public cloud providers. In general, Customer Data is stored in third-party data centers in the location from which a customer subscribes to the Cloud Service; however, customers can request at the time of sign-up to be hosted in a specific data center location.
The following describes the locations and legal entities engaged in the storage of Customer Data by Riverbed for the applicable Cloud Service is set out below:

Riverbed Affiliate Subprocessors
Depending on a customer’s geographic location and the nature of the Riverbed product and/or service provided, Riverbed Technology, Inc. (“Riverbed”) may use Riverbed affiliates to assist in connection with such product and/or service. Riverbed has engaged and authorized the Riverbed affiliates below to provide (1) customer outreach and support; and/or (2) software engineering, software maintenance or systems maintenance.

Notification of Change in Subprocessors
Please note that Riverbed will only notify current customers or partners that have a data processing agreement in place with Riverbed. Riverbed customers and partners may subscribe to notifications of new Subprocessors by filling out the fields below:
By completing and submitting this form, you will receive email notifications of changes to Riverbed subprocessors in accordance with the terms of the data processing agreement. Please note that Riverbed will only notify current customers or partners that have a data processing agreement in place with Riverbed.
Right to Object to New Subprocessor
Customers and partners with a data processing agreement in place with Riverbed may object to Riverbed’s engagement of a new Subprocessor by notifying Riverbed promptly in writing within thirty (30) days after receipt of Riverbed’s notice in accordance with the mechanism set out above. Such objection shall describe the customer’s or partner’s (as applicable) legitimate reasons for objection. If the customer or partner (as applicable) does not object during such time period the new Subprocessor shall be deemed accepted. Any objections shall be handled pursuant to the process set forth in the applicable data processing agreement between the customer or partner (as applicable) and Riverbed.
