Community Has Always Been a Riverbed Core Value
We believe in doing everything we can to change people’s lives, both through our innovative solutions and our volunteer work outside the office.
COMMUNITY CONNECT facilitates the power of giving back by linking employees across departments, allowing them to invest in communities where they live and work while supporting employees’ passions. Riverbed employees take turns volunteering at nonprofit organizations focused on a range of causes, including supporting vulnerable communities, driving sustainability and natural disaster relief, and community development.
Formerly known as REACH OUT (Riverbed Employees Assisting Communities and Helping Out), the program originated in our San Francisco headquarters. Since then, it has expanded to encompass our offices worldwide. It’s part of Riverbed’s DNA to collaborate and invest in the community. We strive to be a positive force through volunteer programs and financial contributions, with a focus on supporting charitable organizations that help those underserved in our communities.
