Riverbed Community Connect Week is an extension of Riverbed’s global employee volunteer paid leave program, Community Connect. Launched last year, the Community Connect program provides employees up to five days to volunteer with non-profit organizations in countries across the world.
“Riverbed Community Connect Week represents our dedication to helping our local communities and serves as a platform to effect positive change on both a global scale and on a local level,” said Manny Blackner, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, at Riverbed. “Our commitment to this initiative reflects our values, and contributes to addressing critical issues, such as fighting hunger, driving sustainability, and supporting vulnerable communities—ultimately making an impact around the world, one community at a time.”
