Riverbed Appoints Industry Veteran Nick Kempt to Lead Customer Success and Professional Services for APJ Region

As the new Director, Kempt will lead an integrated team of professional services, architects and experts across the portfolio of next-generation AIOps and observability solutions and engage with customers at every stage of their journey — from onboarding and adoption to automation and expansion — ensuring they realise maximum business value from the Riverbed Platform. This pivotal role will align technical expertise with business outcomes, and ensure the team focuses on enhancing digital experiences, improving operational efficiency, and delivering measurable ROI for customers.

With experience in large public sector enterprise organisations, Kempt has a customer-first approach that demonstrates his deep understanding of how IT teams interconnect to deliver value technically and commercially with a clear market perspective. He maintains long-standing relationships and is regarded by customers as a trusted business partner, helping them navigate their digital transformation journeys with confidence.

His responsibilities will span customer engagement strategy, team leadership, professional services delivery, solution optimisation, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams across the region and globally.
