Riverside has seen a 35% to 40% reduction in VoIP-related calls to the help desk since deploying the Riverbed Performance Management solution. When there is an issue with the system, it is resolved in about 25% of the time it used to take. In addition, by using the solution to understand resource allocation within the VoIP environment, Guilamo can now roll out new voice-related applications in about half the time it took previously and there are fewer problems related to the applications once they're in production.
